Research On The Optimization Of Performance Management In Grass-roots Tax Department

With the development of the times, the Chinese government proposed the construction organization form the requirement of service type government in eighteen large and medium-sized, and enhance the performance management work to form the height, but China’s current tax departments in the implementation of organizational performance management work has appeared in many problems remain to be solved, the performance management to be optimized the organization, so this paper put forward the optimization of the tax department performance management: Fengxian district administration of taxation as an example of a question of research, trying to grasp the current development of China’s government management trend, find existing practical management problems in the service on the basis of the performance management theory in order to optimize the performance management requirements, the tax department of the organization as the core content of in-depth analysis, summarized the connotation of performance management and optimization path, A systematic analysis of the specific circumstances of the relevant theoretical content and actual visit and questionnaire survey to the specific situation.In the end, the research finds that the management process of the organization’s performance management is not reasonable, the output results and the strategy use is not scientific, the operation of basic resources and the environment, and the sustainable development of these problems are mainly caused by the shortage of professional talents and service organizations, the system and the traditional management system. It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide some innovative ideas for the future related research and practice research, and also can provide reference for the administration of the organization performance and the value and function of the government.
