After more than 20 years,the domestic home appliance industry has developed rapidly in China’s domestic market,the industry is approaching maturity,and the demand has also shifted from necessities to those available for consumption.Next,the small home appliance market gradually shows its potential to drive growth.In 2020,COVID-19 swept over,which changed people’s life concept and way of life.The rich types of small home appliances and convenient operation characteristics of small home appliances meet consumers’ pursuit of a healthy lifestyle.Domestic small home appliance manufacturing industry has ushered in new opportunities and challenges.In all departments of small home appliance manufacturing enterprises,the manufacturing department is the core department of the whole enterprise and the department with the largest number of employees.Performance management is extremely important for human resource management.The performance management of the manufacturing department directly affects the production quality and efficiency of the manufacturing department and even the enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a complete and scientific performance management system to upgrade management level in response to fierce competition in the market.With the performance management system of SN Electronics Co.,Ltd.,problems can be found by understanding the actual situation,problems can be analyzed by learning theoretical knowledge,and problems can be solved by proposing optimization solutions.In this way,the research object can be carried out.Firstly,this paper collected the theoretical research on performance management from the past to the present,and then sorted out and summarized some of the relevant research for my use.After summarizing the research status,it clarified the concepts related to performance,performance appraisal and performance management,and then grasped the current problems of the company by issuing questionnaires.Identify problems through results,such as the performance plan is too simple,the assessment indicators are not comprehensive,the performance appraisal results are not ideal,and the communication is not smooth or no communication in the management process.In the process of performance management scheme optimization,through the use of the wide application of the balanced scorecard method,combining with the target management and key index law,determine the department performance evaluation indicators and for its negative weight,build a new performance appraisal system,and put forward in the performance management process optimization of operable scientific and ensure the safeguard measures of the effective implementation of the performance management.Through the research of this thesis,hoped to improve the enthusiasm of employees in the manufacturing department,provide momentum for the manufacturing department,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and provide reference for other similar enterprises in performance management.
