In 2017,the trend of the new normalization of China's economy became more and more obvious,indicating that our country's economy has changed from high development to medium high development state,and the industrial institutions and economic transformation have appeared more obvious change.At the same time,with the continuous opening of our financial industry,especially the rapid development of Internet finance,The competition of financial institutions is becoming more and more intense.Under the circumstances of the huge changes in the external environment of the state-owned commercial banks,the traditional way of growth has been challenged unprecedentedly.At present,the traditional growth mode and profit growth point have been relatively backward and weak because of the dual impact of foreign banks and Internet banks on the state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock banks,especially in the field of channel expansion and customer mining,with the constant opening of individual loan business.As a result,foreign banks and Internet finance industry,with their management advantages and technical advantages,greatly reduce the operating cost,and make the loan interest rate and lending time far lower than the state-owned commercial banks,resulting in a large number of terminal customers who are increasingly inclined to obtain loans through foreign banks and Internet banks,which are seriously squeezed and encroaching.The profit space of the state-owned commercial banks.In this case,the existing performance assessment scheme of the state-owned commercial banks has been unable to adapt to the current fierce market competition requirements,and even some employees resigned out of the current situation,taking away a large number of high quality customers,making the operation of state-owned commercial banks worse.As a knowledge-based high-end service industry,the core resources of the banking industry are employees.How to effectively motivate the employees' initiative and creativity,change their working attitude,reshape their organizational citizenship behavior and make it the core competitiveness of the bank is to be solved by the private sector of the state-owned commercial bank in the future.The core issue is also an important way to enhance the profitability of state-owned commercial banks.This paper takes the performance management optimization of state-owned commercial banks as the starting point and takes the X branch of Z bank as the research object.On the basis of reading and sorting out the previous research literature,the paper uses the questionnaire to find out and discover the problems in the performance management of the X branch of Z bank,and on the basis of this The problems were sort out and classified,in-depth analysis of the causes of problems and finding the root cause of the problem.At the same time,according to the performance management theory and the comprehensive use of performance management tools,the paper constructs and optimizes the performance management optimization scheme of the Z bank X branch personal loan department,and analyzes the results of the application of performance management,clarifying the application scope and application method of the performance management scheme,and ensuring the necessary supporting system and guarantee in the implementation process of performance management.The barrier measures are elaborated to further ensure that the performance management scheme can be truly applied to the Z bank X branch individual loan department,thus stimulating the enthusiasm and initiative of the staff of the Z bank X branch individual loan department.To enhance the competitiveness of Z bank X branch under the complex and changeable external environment,effectively solve the management dilemma of Z bank X branch and improve the profit level of X branch of Z bank.
