Study On The Process And Countermeasure Of Urbanization In Western

The construction of urban economic development and promote each other,mutual coordination.The economic development will promotethe process of urbanization,but urbanization reasonable development,contribute to the realization of sustainable economic development.Urbanization is not only to solve the problem of agriculture,but also conducive to the upgrading of the industrial structure and the expansion of domestic demand,promoting the economic development.The world urbanization has transferred from developed countries to developing countries,China is now in the stage of accelerated urbanization.In recent years,because of the good economic environment and national policy support,Xiangxi’s rapid economic development,the level of urbanization increased rapidly,and gradually improve the urbanconstruction.Xiangxi is located in the remote town of low level of economic development,the construction is relatively backward,the level of urbanization is not only behind the national average level,but also lags behind the average level of Hunan.Urbanization is not only conducive to the orderly development of Xiangxi economy,but also conducive to the protection of ecological environment in Xiangxi and the improvement of people’s living standard.Domestic and international research on urbanization is numerous,the theory is also very rich,but theresearch on Xiangxi is relatively less.In this paper,the urbanization of domestic and foreign advancedexperience,conducts the research to the construction of Xiangxi city.First of all,this paper use data analysisand summarizes the main characteristics of urban population in Xiangxi city of industry,urbanization.Conclusion:through the analysis of the level of urbanization of the population in Xiangxi is low,lagging behind the national average level and Hunan;the characteristics of industrial town of Xiangxi presents the development speed,and low level of industrial development in the region is not balanced.Secondly,from the analysis of the ecological environment,urban construction,urban planning and management as well as the industrial structure,and summarizes the main problems of Xiangxi urbanization.Finally,aiming at the existing problems of the urbanization of Xiangxi,is proposed in this paper: set up the Kexue Fazhan Guan,strengthen the construction of the ecological environment;to raise funds,to speed up urban infrastructure construction;introduction and cultivation of talents,rational planning of urban system; optimize the structure of industry,strengthen the economic support to accelerate the related countermeasures of urbanization construction in Xiangxi.
