Research On Development Of Famen Town In Fufeng County In The Perspective Of Integration Of Scenic And Small Town

For a long time, the traditional "tourist attraction" led a kind of closed development model of tourist attractions, which made small towns relied on by tourism appeared a series of problems. In recent years, many small towns relied on by tourism began to redefine the development relationship with tourist attractions under the background of "new urbanization" which oriented by tourism. Tourist attractions also gradually interacted and promoted on each other with such small towns, and both were increasingly becoming a community of interests. Some small towns relied on by tourism are setting up the development strategy of the unity or integration between them and tourist attraction. However, the status of integration was poor because of limitations of traditional concepts of development, administrative affiliation, planning and many other issues. Wherefore, the focal point to promote the development of small towns relied on by tourism is how to build the integrated development system.Standing on small towns relied on by tourism, this article will build integrated development system on the basis of combing the content, strategy and planning of integration of scenic and small town or urbanization at home and abroad study. In order to make the concept of the integrated development applied in the development of such small towns more visually, Famen town in Fufeng County will be a case study which has a special location and is typical in the region. This article analyzes the present situation of integration of Famen town and Famen Temple cultural scenic area in detail with the methods of questionnaire and qualitative research, and the results show: 1) The town function, space developing orientation and the state of tourism service industry of Famen town were changed by the development of Famen Temple cultural scenic area;2) Famen town has a strong demand of integrated development with Famen Temple cultural scenic area;3) Currently, there are series problems about integration of Famen town and Famen Temple cultural scenic area: weak sense of integration, less area of integration, lower level of integration, unitary ways of integration, poor integration of the master urban planning.On this basis, combining the content system of integration of small town with scenic which has been constructed, this article will formulate strategies of integration of Famen town and Famen Temple cultural scenic area. Concretely, in the process of space integration, the development platform of developing elements should be constructed; in the process of traffic integration, the support system of communication and collaboration of Famen town and Famen Temple cultural scenic area should be putted up; in the process of industry integration, a new power source of economic development should be created; in the process of integration, sustained motive force of integrated elements should be implanted; in the process of integration, the big pattern of integration of natural features should be constructed. Finally, this article puts forward the policy of planning integration of Famen town and Famen Temple cultural scenic from the perspective of planning idea and practice model. Paper argues that the study about the integration of Famen town and Famen Temple cultural scenic area will provide the comparison and reference for small towns relied on by tourism which is whether suitable for the integration with scenic.
