Study On The Construction Of Small Towns With Characteristics In Zushan Town Of Hebei Province

With the development of new urbanization and the implementation of Rural Revitalization strategy,the construction of small towns with characteristics has become an increasingly important focus and support point.Studying the construction of characteristic small towns and integrating them into the countryside is in line with the current central development concept,and fundamentally enhances the endogenous development capacity of the countryside,which can promote the construction of beautiful countryside.In the exploration of the path of the construction of small towns with various characteristics,it is particularly important to explore the breakthrough points and key measures for the construction of small towns.Different regions have different characteristics,and the construction of small towns with characteristics also presents a pluralistic model.This paper takes Zushan Town of Qinhuangdao City in Hebei Province as the research object,based on the reality of the construction of Zushan Town with characteristics,through consulting the literature,to understand the research status and theoretical progress of the construction of small towns with characteristics by scholars at home and abroad,and through many field visits to Zushan Town,to obtain a large amount of information about Zushan Town.This paper expounds the background of the construction of characteristic small towns in Zushan Town,combs the basic characteristics of Zushan Town from the aspects of geographical location,natural conditions,resource conditions,humanistic features and social economy,and summarizes the characteristics of Zushan Town from the aspects of developing tourism,adjusting structure,developing project parks,attaching importance to the construction of villages and towns,improving people's livelihood and innovative mechanism.It is found that there are some problems in the construction process of Zushan Town,such as inadequate industrialization of resources,lack of distinctive tourism brand advantages,low participation of villagers,inadequate infrastructure and environmental damage.The reasons for the problems are analyzed from five aspects: insufficient construction funds,lack of professional talents,insufficient propaganda,lack of overall management and imperfect supervision andassessment mechanism.Finally,this paper puts forward countermeasures for the construction of small towns with Zushan Town's characteristics from the aspects of broadening the sources of funds,multi-subject participation,strengthening the construction of technology and talents,highlighting the scientific planning of characteristics and improving the performance appraisal mechanism.
