Mobile Internet has caused great changes in production and management of enterprises with its powerful influence, it also changed every aspect of the people’s lives. In this context, We Chat public no. developed by Tencent has get high-speed development and used widely in various industries based on the advantage of its huge micro-channel users, caused the We Chat service industry simultaneously, and attracted a large number of suppliers involved.As a well-known enterprises of the domestic information transmission and software industry,Shanghai Zhixun Co.,Ltd. located in the industrial development direction of the "Internet connection each enterprise”, R&D, sale and operate the mobile information software,applications and services enterprise oriented, based on the Cloud service platform, mobile Internet and cloud computing. As one of the application products suppliers of China United Telecommunications Co. Ltd., which get a rapid development relied on the sales channel resources. The We Chat Service supplied by the Shanghai Zhixun Co.,LTD. began to develop the Gansu market in June 2015, which realized the strategic adjustment from the communications industry transition to the mobile internet industry, developed new areas at the same time.This paper puts forward the strategy of Gansu marketing strategy based on the background of the We Chat service developing the Gansu market, in order to provide practical inspiration and reference value for the company. Firstly, This paper introduces the research background, research significance, research content and research ideas, on this basis, expounds the relevant theories of marketing strategy, which provides the theoretical support for the follow-up study. Secondly,analyzing the company’s marketing environment, including the external environment, the company’s internal conditions, resources and capabilities; Third, on the basis of relevant theoretical analysis and investigation, the marketing strategy of Gansu is established; Fourth,based on the target market strategy, the marketing mix strategy is put forward to match with the implementation of the strategy; At last, put forward the strategy implementation and control measures corresponding to the marketing strategy to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy.
