Currently,Global regional cooperation is in the ascendant, the domestic regional economies develops rapidly, and the cooperation among Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and Guangdong Province is full of vigor. Under the above background, the regional cooperation of Pan Pearl River Delta has been launched quickly, so as to break the bottleneck of economic growth in the Pan Pearl River Delta region, to promote the economic growth in the southwest region, to broaden the regional development space, to achieve the development pattern of mutual benefit, and finally promoting the development of regional economic integration. As the beginning of cooperation, it has formed two spatial patterns in the Pan Pearl River Delta region: high economic level in the Greater Pearl River Delta and low levels of economic in Yunnan Guizhou Sichuan and Guangxi. According to the economic theory of non-equilibrium development and theory of economic spatial structure, the economic development in the region is a dynamics of non-equilibrium process. Optimization of Pan-Pearl River Delta regional development and promoting regional integration and interaction need to break the original balance, such as make full use of adjacent and diffusion effects of growth poles in the region, and eventually promoting regional development to a higher level of equilibrium. Thus, since more than ten years of economic cooperation in the Pan Pearl River Delta region, to explore the development trend o f regional economic differences, evolution state of spatial structure and its main influencing factors have important practical significance of implementing the strategy of deepening regional cooperation and development and Integrating Eastern and Western development after the Pan Pearl cooperation rising as a national strategy. On the basis of elaborating the Regional Economic Cooperation Theory, Regional Economic Development Theory and Regional Economic Spatial Structure Theory, this paper briefly summarizes the status of the Pan Pearl River Delta Regional Economic Cooperation. And then this paper analyzes Space-time Disparity evolution trend of the municipal economy of 9 provinces in the Pan Pearl River Region from the two dimensions of time and space of Economic differences in regional economic cooperation for ten years. On the basis of this analysis, this paper makes an empirical analysis of influence factors of the economic growth in the Pan Pearl River Delta region and the East, middle and west regions by spatial econometric software, and explores the convergence and the spatial spillover effect of regional economic development. Research results show that:From the time dimension, economic disparities gradually decrease in 9 provinces of the Pan Pearl River Region during the ten years of cooperation, and economic disparities also gradually decreases but the trend is expanding in the region between the east, the middle, and the west regions; from the spatial dimension, the Pan Pearl River Delta region presents a typical Core-periphery’s space "two element" structure, and appears to a spatial "club" phenomenon. But the spatial structure pattern have not changed dramatically in ten years of regional cooperation, and the core growth has always been in the Pearl River Delta region. From the empirical regression results of spatial econometrics, for the ten years from the Pan Pearl River Delta regional cooperating, on the one hand, a series of factors play a different role to the growth of the Pan Pearl River Delta region and its sub region, which contain Industrial structure, production factors, traffic conditions and level of urbanization; on the other hand, the Pan Pearl River Delta region and its partition region all show beta convergence, and Spatial autocorrelation and spatial spillover effects play an important role in the process of regional economic growth, rather than relying only on its own foundation and input.
