As Person-Organization Value Fit plays more and more important in company management, the Person-Organization Value Fit research has been linked with Recruitment, Training, Job Performance, Employee Satisfaction, Employee Attitude, and Organization Commitment, ext.There is technical employees’ turnover problem on F Company. This paper deeply analyst F Company technical employees’ situation of Person-Organization Value Fit with literature review, interview survey and questionnaire survey, and it provide suggestion for human resource managementIn interview survey, it collected 15 persons which from technical and management positions for one by one interview. The interview survey focused on research the specific behavior for five Group Value’s local practice at F Company.The Person-Organization Value Fit scale is developing based on scholars’ develop scales and specific behavior in F Company after interview survey, it is custom for F Company internal Person-Organization Value Fit measurement. Following the research, it took 123 technical employees’ feedback as sample with questionnaire survey. And final revise with reliability and validity statistics analyst for the sample. After revised, the Person-Organization Value Fit Measurement Scale is set 5 dimensions with 20 items. The Value Fit’s measurement used absolute value of subtraction and used for descriptive statistics and variance analysis.At the end, with recruitment and training suggestion’s point out for further human resource management improvement.
