The Research On Informatization Situation And Improvement Of H Company

Today, China is vigorously promoting enterprise informatization, but according to recent years informatization composite index statistics,our enterprise informatization maturity degree is still in the middle of partial state, how to improve the enterprise’s informatization level,most of the enterprises need to solve the problem. Based on this situation, this paper makes a research on the current situation of H company’s information construction, and makes a contribution to improve the H company’s information level.After comparing the information maturity model research result at home and abroad,this paper selects ITM-PI(Technology Management Performance Improvement Information)model as the theoretical basis of this research. during this study, firstly summarized seven problems existing in the informatization construction of H company, then use ITM-PI to assessed H company’s overall informatization maturity, it is concluded that the information maturity of H company is low, and then study the relationship between seven problems and informatization maturity status,then obtained the existing problems is caused due to the informatization maturity is low. Finally, the improvement suggestions against existing problems are put forwarded.
