Research On Ecological Responsibility Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In The Construction Of Ecological Civilization

In the past few decades, China’s economy growth has brought about the deterioration of the environment. The construction of ecological civilization is the objective needs of the current severe ecological situation, as well as the inherent requirements of building a socialist harmonious society in China and the only way to achieve the Chinese dream. With the deepening of reform and opening up, the party and the state pay more and more attention to the ecological environment, and emphasize the economic development must not be at the expense of the environment. Construction of "beautiful China" and "one of the five" overall development layout and "the 13 th Five-year" planning and development of the "new concept" reflect creative awareness and change on the ecological environment. As the main body of the social economic activities, the enterprise is an important participant and supporter of the construction of ecological civilization. In our country’s enterprises, large enterprises under the guidance of national policy in the construction of the ecological civilization have made great efforts and played good examples, while small and medium-sized enterprises, which accounted for more than 90% of the total number of enterprises, has brought tremendous pressure on the natural ecological environment during the pursuit of their own development and promote economic development. Under the background of today’s construction of ecological civilization, the small and medium-sized enterprises should actively explore new development opportunities. To bear the responsibility of ecological civilization construction to win the competitiveness of the survival and development of the enterprise.This paper mainly through the access to a large number of literature and the analysis of typical cases, focusing on the study of the ecological responsibility of small and medium enterprises. First, this paper starts from the concept of ecological civilization and the small and medium-sized enterprise ecological responsibility and their inner link, from the related theory and the founding of the people’s Republic of China since the ecological civilization construction of our party’s history of, combined with the actual situation in our country to make an analysis of the status of ecological civilization construction of small and medium enterprises, points out that the overall level of our country small and medium-sized enterprise bear the lack of ecological responsibility, and to our country small and medium-sized enterprise bear the lack of ecological responsibility are analyzed. Secondly, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the typical small and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad on how to take the ecological responsibility and ecological civilization, in order to give the corresponding inspiration and guidance to other small and medium-sized enterprises. Thirdly, this paper discusses the effective ways of how to take the road of ecological civilization and take the initiative to fulfill the ecological responsibility according to the actual situation of our country and the experience of domestic and foreign. At last, the paper puts forward the reasonable request and suggestion to the construction of ecological responsibility of the small and medium enterprises in the government, enterprise and the public.The construction of ecological civilization is related to people’s well-being and the relationship of national long-term plan for the future. Facing the tight resource constraints, environmental pollution is serious, ecosystem degradation of the grim situation, the group should establish the concept of "the human and the nature harmonious development" and corresponding measures together, and realize the harmonious development of the enterprise and the environment, the harmonious coexistence of human and nature, and sustainable development.
