Research On Enterprise Ecological Responsibility In China From The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization Construction

The report of the 19^th National Congress of CPC has highly praised the achievements of ecological civilization since the 18^th National Congress of CPC.It has listed“beautiful China”as the new target of building a powerful socialist country,but the unbalanced and inadequate social development is still the main factor that restricts modernization construction.Ecological environment production is an arduous task and the road is long.Enterprise is one of the most active subjects in socialist market economy and is also the main destroyer and pollution maker of ecological environment.As the key participant of ecological civilization construction,enterprise should shoulder the ecological responsibility in new era of ecological civilization.From the perspective of ecological civilization construction,enterprise ecological responsibility has been endowed with new meaning and it needs to coordinate the interests of nature,society and public.Firstly,this paper takes enterprise ecological responsibility under ecological civilization construction background as research object.On the basis of theory and practice of ecological civilization construction and enterprise ecological ethics,it elaborates the connotations and characteristics of enterprise ecological responsibility as well as the significance and requirements of enterprise in shouldering ecological responsibility in new period of ecological civilization construction.Secondly,through analyzing ecological environment cases,it analyzes reasons for different degrees of our enterprises in performing ecological responsibility from regional development,nature of enterprise,government function and other aspects.Lastly,based on the target of our ecological civilization construction and the goal of socialist modernization,it proposes realistic path for implementing enterprise ecological responsibility in ecological civilization construction and strives to construct enterprise ecological responsibility system,which takes enterprises as subjects and with common supervision and management of the government and the general public.
