The Study On Corporate Environmental Responsibility In The Perspective Of Construction Of Ecological Civilization

Eco-environmental problems are social problems when based on social ecology,revealing the tension between man and nature relationship.The most important feature of ecological civilization is to emphasize the harmonious development between man and nature.Enterprises as the main body of society, is to organize the production activities of cells, should consciously take environmental responsibility, change the mode of economic development and construction of ecological civilization played a pioneer role. From the starting height of the construction of ecological civilization, and further enhance the importance of corporate environmental responsibility and awareness of the need to deepen understanding of the profound meaning of corporate environmental responsibility and demands a clear corporate commitment to environmental responsibility measures for specific actions, has important theoretical and practical value.In this paper, the perspective of social ecology, corporate environmental responsibility for the ecological civilization construction background, the concept of corporate environmental responsibility, international experience in corporate environmental responsibility to fulfill the Chinese enterprises to take the significance and necessity of environmental responsibility and the Chinese enterprises to fulfill their environmental responsibilities display path and other issues were studied and described. It includes five chapters.In the first chapter, this thesis describes the construction of ecological civilization calling for corporate environmental responsibility. The enterprise environment responsibility is a hot-spot research subject under the big background of the whole world ecological crisis's production and the ecology civilization. This thesis describes that following the Western society's enterprise community responsibility movement, the environment responsibility is highlighting day by day in various countries enterprise responsibility system. The enterprise environment responsibility has rationale such as environment Externality, Econology, Enterprise corporate citizenship, Enterprise environment ethics and Jurisprudence. Environmental Responsibility can take classification in both the nature and process of corporate environmental responsibility requires not only building internalization mechanism of the corporate environmental responsibility and green management system, but also extending producer's responsibility according to the requirements of expanding corporate environmental responsibility. But actually the reality of environmental responsibility to take action.In the second chapter, this thesis describes thart on the Chinese enterprises to take the significance and necessity of environmental responsibility. Chinese enterprises to take environmental responsibility for the sustainable development of enterprises and ecological civilization construction have important practical significance.the main issues of Chinese Corporate environmental responsibility,is showed as impact of GDP being the core of economic growth,defects in the external environment, their own lack of awareness of environmental responsibility and capacity and so on.In the third chapter, this thesis describes the corporate environmental responsibility of the international experience. foreign enterprises to fulfill their environmental responsibility in the promotion, the creation of the ISO14000 international environmental standard, SA8000 social responsibility standards, and the implementation of the Circular Economy Legislation and energy savings actions. In promoting corporate environmental responsibility in institutional arrangements, there are incentives to support environmental responsibility system, the internalization mechanism and the implementation system of responsibility. This provides a good inspiration for China to promote corporate environmental responsibility.In the forth chapter,this thesis proposes that to promote Chinese enterprises Commitmenting to environmental responsibility and promoting ecological civilization construction, It needs to change the mode of economic development effectively, improve the corporate environmental responsibility in the laws and regulations, construct ecological culture for internalization mechanism of the corporate environmental responsibility, provid ecological technology for enterprise's ecology-transformation and guide ecological civilization in the whole social.
