The thesis first analyzes the shaft radial general research situation of container shipping network, found few academic from the Angle of axial radial container transfer in-depth discussion; Then review the container routes influence factors and design, points out the existing problem is mainly for container storage constraint, time window constraint set was lacking, etc.; Regional optimization and lightering operation are discussed, and points out that the urgency of the pearl river delta foreign trade container feeder transportation research, to draw lessons from the VRP or TSP model applied in shipping documents. In practical research, straighten out the import and export container of waterway transportation process, as well as the typical representative of shaft radial network- port group of transportation system and jianghai transport system, and extract the foreign trade container water transfer involved in all aspects. Then analyzes the present situation of the application of the pearl river delta ports group of public barge transportation platform, which provides the basis for building the barge route optimization model.Based on previous studies, the paper finally puts forward the foreign trade container transfer routes based on the axial radial network planning model. Way under the new transfer network, on the other hand, each barge "average service time" will extend the 4.4 hours, and port handling fee for a higher proportion problems, need scheduling efficiency through ascension, ports and cooperation, increase the proprietary ship, strengthening the alliance cooperation, support the development of the "transfer to optimize routes".
