Reverse Logistics Operation Mode Selection Of E-commerce Environment

Online shopping, the most elemental consumption way under the electronic commerce ground, has been accepted by more and more consumers, and the volume of trade increases year after year. But for the inconsistence of the information, the impulse-buying and other reasons, the phenomenon of returning goods online has been increasing, which caused a mass of reverse logistics. With the rapid development of the E-commerce, consumers'request for the goods returning response and service is getting higher. If companies want to survive for more development under the intensive E-commerce competition, then we must choose a suitable E-commerce trend in operating the reverse logistics to carry out the reverse logistic activities.This paper, based on the references to the domestic and international reverse logistics study under the E-commerce environment, has combined three reverse logistics modes and analyzed them.According to the practical use of the common E-commerce environmental reverse logistics, and based on the needs for reverse logistics from the E-commerce environmental market as well as the trends of the reverse logistics development.The paper put forward a new operation mode of reverse logistics--the collaborative mode,and analyzed its essence and operating theory as well as its advantages and disadvantages.Through analyzing the influential effect of the new mode, and integrating the principles of selection and the system establishment,we constructed the mode chosen evaluation index system.Lastly, with the index system, we use fuzzy AHP to validate the advantages of the new model.Through the mode analysis and the validation,we can see that the application of the collaborative mode can better apply the needs of the E-commerce environmental market to operate the reverse logistics,and it can better follow the E-commerce environmental reverse logistics trends.And this paper offered a new selection to operate the E-commerce environmental reverse logistics.
