| Due to there are a lot of uncertain factors, such as climate, geology and so on in the high speed railway project construction process, coupled with the lack of construction personnel risk management experience and sharing and reuse of knowledge of risk management, resulting in there were a lot of risk events in the process of construction of high-speed railway project, caused substantial economic loss and casualties. In order to realize sharing and reusing of construction risk knowledge, and effectively reduce the risk of loss, it is the key problem that needs to be solved urge ntly needed to be solved now to develop a new and effective method of risk management. Based on this, this paper introduces the ontology theory in the field of computer artificial intelligence into the field of high speed railway project to construct the r isk management model of high speed railway project, and the model mainly consists of three parts: the construction of high speed railway project construction risk case database, improvement of computational method of semantic similarity and formulating risk treatment measures。In the parts of construction of risk database: by means of unified knowledge representation of the construction risk case, the construction risk case knowledge ontology was created, and it is stored in the high speed railway project construction risk case database. In the part of improvement of semantic similarity calculation method: based on the comprehensive consideration of the influence factors such as the concept level, the semantic coincidence degree and the semantic distance, etc., and in order to make the concept of semantic similarity calculation becoming more accurate, a new method of computing semantic similarity is proposed. In the part of the formulating risk management measures: combining case-based reasoning with ontology theory and semantic similarity theory, the paper construct the construction risk case reasoning model of high speed railway project. By calculating the concept semantic similarity between the construction risk cases, we could retrieve the most similar case in the case database construction risk. According to the actual situation of the target case of similar case risk information to make appropriate amendments, and formulating the risk management measures. Finally, at the end of the paper, the main conclusions and deficiencies of the paper are stated.This paper introduces the theory of ontology, concept semantic similarity and case based reasoning theory, and constructs the risk management model of high-speed railway project construction. Not only enrich the risk management theory, but also provides a new method of reference for the construction of C hina’s high-speed railway project risk management. |
