Study On The Reasonable Scale Of Shanxi Expressway Management Enterprise Based On The Scale Economy

Expressway plays an important role in the development of social economy. In recent years, the national toll road Statistics Bulletin shows that the toll road year after year losses, the highway industry economic performance is not high. But also continue to continue to build or plan the highway, the regional highway is a scale economy, as well as regional highway should have a multi scale, which is worth studying the problem. Based on this, this article attempts to highway management enterprise scale economy measure and economies of scale theory of highway management enterprise reasonable scale interval based on prediction research, for highway management enterprise development provides countermeasures and reference.The theoretical basis of this paper is the highway scale economy theory, and puts forward the idea of the scale economy and the reasonable scale of the expressway management enterprise. Through analyzing and summarizing, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative method, studied the connotation and extension of the highway scale economy, and focus on the highway management enterprise the rational scale of measurement.First of all, this paper makes a detailed exposition of the theory of scale economy, and discusses the connotation, characteristics and forms of the expressway. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the highway management enterprise scale economy measure and its reasonable scale prediction problem, through the choice of index system, related data collected, and nonlinear regression model was established, and the reasonable scale of highway management enterprise interval prediction.On the basis of the research on the scale economy of the expressway, combining with the characteristics of the highway and the result of the model measurement, the development suggestions of the regional highway operation enterprises are put forward. In this paper, the author puts forward a relatively complete scale economy measurement and reasonable scale of highway operation enterprises, and provides the research ideas of different highway operation enterprises.
