Shengli Oilfield Freet Petroleum Equipment(Group) Co., Ltd is a famous petroleum equipment manufacturer and oil project service company, as well as one of main oil drilling and extraction equipment producer in Shengli Oilfield.When marketed with the revolution progress of SINOPEC in 2005, the company was impacted violently by many private companies and its inner market protection position was threatened.Problems of products structures and unclear strategy development thoughts of the company were increasingly prominent. Especially after global financial crisis in the year 2008, the internal and external contradictions of the company become more and more. Although the company has raised its management standards to a new level after restructuring, the gap of Freet and the modern enterprises is not shorted at all. Therefore, how to promote and keep a robust growth of the company through the strategic readjustment of the products structures in the fierce marketing competition environment is the top priority of the company.Through the investigation of the actual situation of the company, and aiming at the formerly disadvantages of the products structures and business operation, this thesis utilizes strategic management knowledge to analyze the external environment and internal factors, to explore the new directions of the enterprises restructuring and to form the core competitiveness progressively to make the company survive firstly, for developing and keeping a robust growth in the fierce marketing competition environment. These are very important to the survival and development of the company that obtaining the industrial structure adjustment and the development direction, formulating correct enterprise strategy, distributing resources rationally, carrying out scientific decision-making and management through the evaluation.
