Research On The Growth Factors Of Innovative Enterprise

Innovative enterprise is the victor in the process of enterprising evolution, and its outstanding creativity and competitiveness have been playing an increasingly important role in competition. Approaches of obtaining sustained motivation and advantages in rough market competition have become main concern. Studies on the growth of innovative enterprise have distinctive character of times, which meet the needs of both society and business, meanwhile, research on innovative enterprise growth factors should guide practice in business.After reading and expert interviews, considering the enterprise theory of endogenous growth factors as research basis, ignoring the individual attributes, for the sake of innovative enterprise itself, this paper explore the general growth factors of the most innovative companies, which are important factors in company growing. The study builds a relevant factor system of enterprise growing by reading the literature, expert interviews, field research and other ways, and then scans factors to determine 34 initial factors by means of qualitative factor screening and questionnaires associated with experts and scholars viewpoints. And then this paper uses factor analysis to integrate 34 chosen factors in order to achieve the purpose of expressing similar information by relatively fewer multi-factor. At last, we get 7 principal components: human resources, organizational management, technical strength, the level of information, corporate culture, internal investment and environmental adaptability by factor analysis.Studies above are theoretical construct, the following part is to test rationality of conclusion. This paper uses deductive reasoning to validate theoretical results. It selects three companies as one case, uses interviews and questionnaires to analyze important factors of innovative companies in good growing condition, the paper complete verification of the findings, by comparing the results of theoretical research and case studies. At last the paper puts forward foster strategies for innovative enterprise growing according to the principal component, hoping to provide a reference for the growth of innovative enterprises.
