With the increasingly fierce market competition, it is essential for the enterprises to adopt their own enterprise strategies to achieve an impregnable position. Moreover, financial strategy as a core function of enterprise strategic strategy is throughout the whole process of enterprise development. Therefore, whether the financial strategy implement efficiently and smoothly will determine the creation and implementation of the enterprise value. The mature enterprises have formed their own characteristic strategy through a long period of development. Nevertheless, with the changing of the internal environment of the enterprises, the adjustment and improvements of the corporate strategies can not be ignored. The financial strategy, which fits on the enterprise, formulates and implements correctly and efficiently will expand the production scale of the enterprise and achieve the goal of diversified development. Furthermore, it also can reduce business risk and improve enterprise’s competitiveness. Thus, in order to breaking though the limitation of the life cycle and realizing the further development, the enterprise should highly value the adjustments and improvements of the financial strategy.This dissertation demonstrates the concept of the corporate strategy and financial strategy firstly, and then based on the theory of the life cycle of the enterprises analyzes the different financial strategies in the different stages. Chapter 2 dissects the financial strategy that the mature enterprise should adopt from three aspects, the finance strategy, the investment strategy and the distribution strategy. Based on this theory, this paper combines the financial strategy of the China Kweichow Moutai Co.,Ltd, which is a representative mature company in the A share market, to analyze the previous theory and provide an objective analysis of it. For its weakness in the implementation of the financial strategy, this dissertation also raises improvement approaches and points out safeguard measures according to the reality of the enterprise to make its financial strategy implement smoothly. Hope it will be able to help strategic planners of the mature corporates stand on the height of strategy to control the enterprise capital operation comprehensively, value the financial management risk reasonably, make a correct strategic decision based on financial ideas and technology and achieve an impregnable position in the competitive environment of market economy with a high speed in enterprise development.
