As a new type of management mode, Lean Production Management can mi nimize the management and operation cost, improve the response ability, increa se the profit and help the enterprises to win by just-in-time, equalization and t otal quality management. Based on the analyzing of lean production managemen t related research and practical results, the implementation of lean production man agement on blade production enterprises, the paper carried out an application res earch. The main work is as follows:1. This paper introduces the background, organizational structure, the produc t of group A, and make a focus on the concrete problems of group A in pr oduction process, put forward the implementation of lean production managemen t advocates combined with the actual operation situation of A company,2. Through the analysis method of a combination of qualitative and quantit ative, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the implementation of 1 ean production management from several human resources, key equipment, quality management, production and environment management. To formulate effective m easures to improve the production management, carried on analysis and improve ment to group A.3. Through the comparative research method, this paper do research on th e lean production in group A before and after the lean production management put forward. The results shows that the group A achieved in 4 aspects of person nel, equipment, quality, environmental performance through the lean production m anagement, Every enterprise can implement LPM, however, it should depend on diffe rent background, culture, environment, product features and staff quality. The e nterprise should deeply understand the essence of LPM and fully know its own feature, and improve the measures continually, which can lead to a continual improvement and increasing competitiveness in the enterprise.
