In the competitive global market environment, our country is formatting the world's manufacturing center. However, compared with western developed countries, the modernization level is uneven in our country. So the basic idea is that enterprises introduce advanced management and manufacture models to enhance the manufacturing levels and management capacity. Our country introduced lean production system in the 1980s and had made certain progress. But many enterprises had resistance and barrier when carrying out the lean production system. In my opinion, the main reason is that enterprises too much focus on the lean production tools and methods and neglect the role of staff's participation. It is difficult to fully carry out the implementation because the implementation lacks staffs approval.In this paper has carried on the summary to this domain's academic trends through literature research. Through investigation, analysis and the case study the paper has discovered the related human resources management characteristic in the lean production system through analyzing Toyota Motor Corporation's production system, lean production system. The paper summarized the United State how to carry out the lean production system to analysis the method of carrying out lean production system and the problems of human resource management in China automobile industry. It further studied the influencing factors of human resource management through the study of SL Corporation human resource management problems in order to combine the human resource management experience of Toyota Motor Corporation with our enterprises. Finally the paper proposed the measures of human resource management in automobile industry based on the lean production system and had analyzed the effect.The paper proposed enterprises should build staff management system according to our traditional culture when applying lean production system. When building the system, 1. Enterprises should pay more attention to the staff's role when carrying out the lean production system. 2. Cultivating lean culture and establishing lean awareness to change staff's concepts. Lean culture includes people-oriented culture, progressive culture and complying with rules and regulations culture. 3. Establishing the lean human resource model to reduce the waste in human resource disposition. 4. Focusing on the staff quality training. The staff will be glad to work according to related regulations when they accept corporate culture, values and enterprise spirit. And the rules and regulations will good work. 5.
