Lean Production Management Improvement Research In Car-body Workshop Of ADK Company

With the global economic development and the recovery of manufacturing industry,the rail transit industry is in the rising stage of a new round of rising period.Today,with the energy crisis and environmental protection issues becoming increasingly prominent.Green rail transit has become the preferred way of people's daily life,and the rail transit industry will open a new chapter of rapid development in the new cycle.However,behind the prosperity and development of the railway industry,there are a number of problems in the railcar manufacturing enterprises.On the one hand,with the further deepening of China Railway Corporation's mixed-ownership reform,obstacles and barriers for social capital to enter the rail industry have been gradually removed,and potential competitors have a stronger desire to enter the market.On the other hand,the total number of demands and orders of China's domestic bullet trains has shown a trend of gradual decline.The overall production capacity of domestic bullet train manufacturing enterprises is approaching saturation.The foreign market is experiencing fierce competition and the market situation is complex and changeable.At the same time,the rising cost of raw materials,energy,labor and environmental protection in the market also indicates that the challenges faced by enterprises in production and operation will be further deepened.Rail transit manufacturing industry of the future market competition intensified,while ADK Company as a joint venture of the high-speed train manufacturing enterprises achieved rapid development in 1999 because of its advanced technical capabilities and leading level in the railway manufacturing industry.The overall order took up 20% of the domestic motor car market,and foreign project began to production,expanding the scope of the tender.However,with the increasingly fierce market competition in the bullet train industry,product prices have to be adjusted downward,while the company's labor,equipment and procurement costs have been increasing,resulting in a decline in corporate profits.In order to stabilize the growth of the enterprise's revenue and maintain the enterprise's competitive advantage,the company's management studied the basic production situation and production and operation status of the enterprise,and decided to take the car body workshop as a pilot and promote lean production to enhance the enterprise's competitiveness.This paper studies the latest achievements in research of lean production,views the bodywork production workshop of ADK company as the research object,uses the theory of lean production management,which by improving the workshop 5 s management,optimizes the material management and production processes,balances production line,activates the participation of equipment maintenance,improves the quality management of the lean strategy,reduces the waste of resources,improves the production efficiency of enterprises,and reduces operating costs.Thereby improves enterprise comprehensive ability.The conclusion of this paper shows that the implementation of lean production has achieved good results in the car body workshop of ADK enterprise.It lays a good foundation for the company to promote lean production management mode.At the same time,I also hope that this paper can bring some meaningful ideas and experience for other manufacturing enterprises.
