A Research On Promoting Effect Of International Service Outsourcing On Undertaking Country's Service Industry

With the globalization of economy and deepness of global labor division in resent years, international service outsourcing has become one kind of universal phenomenon. As an important link of enterprise's value chin, international service outsourcing has been the powerful tool for multinational corporations to increase their core competence. The rising and development of international service outsourcing forces the new global shift of industries, and offers large potential development opportunity for China. The research on promoting the development of service industry by undertaking international service outsourcing, has certain theoretical and realistic significance.This paper follows the frame of "the theoretical review-the theoretical expand-the analysis-measures" to launch the research. First, on the basis of clearing objectives and defining essential concepts, this paper concludes and comments the domestic and foreign research from the theoretical and practical aspects. Second, this paper outlines present situation and the development trend of international service outsourcing, and summarizes the general development situation of China's service industry; from the perspective of the international competitiveness, this paper does some specific analysis on China's service industry and service outsourcing, and explains the necessity and feasibility of promoting China's service industry by undertaking international service outsourcing. Third, the paper introduces three theoretical premises, and studies how the promoting effect to transmit and what is the reflection of the promoting effect. Then, using India's data, the paper makes empirical analysis, confirming the promoting effects of international service outsourcing on host country's service industry. Fifth, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions for China to undertake international service outsourcing.Finally, on the basis of literature review, theoretical explanations and empirical analysis, this paper concludes that international service outsourcing has broad prospects and good development trend, and there is a necessity and ability for China to seize this important opportunity; Undertaking international service outsourcing can effectively promote the development of the services industry; by actively undertaking international service outsourcing, China's service industry can achieves great-leap-forward development, promotes its industrial upgrading, and improves industrial competitiveness.
