Consumer behavior, government action and corporate behavior have changed a lot under the low-carbon environment. As the consumers’low carbon awareness growing stronger, environmentally friendly voice getting high and the government introduced low carbon emission reduction policies. To reduce carbon dioxide emissions has become the most urgent task, to enterprises. Faced with the changes in government policy and consumer markets. How should the enterprise making decision to achieve the interests optimization are worthy to study. For these new problems, this paper uses game theory and low carbon supply chain management knowledges to establish pricing and emissions model of the supply chain under different scenarios. Researching the impact of consumer behavior factors and government actions on the pricing decisions and reduction strategies of the supply chain. At the same time, this paper studied closed-loop supply chain which is widely studied, specific studies are as follows:Firstly, based on a carbon tax under the government policy, and according to different consumer preferences for products, this paper constructed a differentiated pricing model of close-loop supply chain of which the retailer is responsible for recycling and the manufacturer is responsible for remanufacturing to explore the carbon tax impact on manufacturers and retail suppliers of product pricing, profit and market demand and other effects. The results show that the carbon tax could raise wholesale and retail price of the product, curb market demand for this product will decrease, but it can improve the recovery of the price, with the promotion of the role of recycling, recycling of waste products in favor remanufacturing. But to raise consumer awareness of environmental protection, recycling products wholesale and retail prices will increase demand for recycled goods market also increased, manufacturing companies have to re-promoting effect on the environment and the market economy are beneficial.Secondly, considering the government carbon tax into the supply chain, in the case of the demands are affected by the dual factors of product prices and carbon emissions. Build a Stackelberg game mode leading by manufacturer under a carbon tax policy, got the analytical solution of this model, and analyzed the impact of the carbon tax put on the supply chain enterprises’ pricing and emission reduction decision, discussed the pricing and emission reduction decisions of the manufacturer and retailer. It also analyzed the interaction between upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain on carbon emissions to providing a reference for the government to develop a carbon tax and the enterprise pricing and emission reduction Finally, analysis the impact of the carbon tax on the wholesale, retail price, the market demand and the profits and then discusses the optimal pricing of the manufacturer and retailer as well as the relationship of the government carbon tax and retailers reduce carbon emissionsFinally, this paper constructed a close-loop supply chain of differentiated pricing model by the retailer responsible for recycling and manufacturer responsible for remanufacturing based on a carbon tax under the government policy and according different consumer preferences for products to explore the impact of the carbon tax and consumer environmental awareness on product pricing, profit and market demand.
