In the era of Internet economy, with the development of technology changing continuously, the importance of e-commerce for modern business activities is more and more noticed. As a vital part of the e-commerce transaction characteristics, B2B platform service ability and level will directly affect the overall development of e-commerce industry. However, the current research issues focusing on electronic business platforms are mainly concentrated in the field of B2C. At present, some rare research on B2B platforms is also adopted to the B2C modes. This model can’t truly reflect the essential content of B2B platform service chain. This thesis constructs the B2B platform embedded service model from the perspective of knowledge flow. This thesis provides a solid theoretical basis for service chain optimization and influence factors analysis.Firstly, through the analysis of existing literature, this thesis summarizes service chain management’s concept, characteristics, influence factors and model construction. Meanwhile, this thesis launches the research on B2B service platform from the perspective of hierarchy, business model and network structure.Secondly, on the basis of knowledge flow, this thesis puts forward the B2B embedded platform service chain model. This thesis introduces the operational mode of knowledge and information on the B2B platform service chain. This thesis has carried on the optimized choice to partners on the B2B platform service chain. This thesis puts forward key factors of B2B platform service through the method of AHP.Finally, by analyzing the simulation results of the above model, this thesis clearly puts forward the construction points of B2B platform service chain. Meanwhile, this thesis puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the B2B platform embedded service chain service level.
