Research On Evaluation Of Knowledge Flow Efficiency Of Online Knowledge Payment Platform

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy and the increase of China's gross national growth,the consumption pattern of Chinese residents has begun to change from the traditional subsistence consumption to a beautiful consumption pattern that meets individual spiritual needs.In this context,the contradiction between the rapid expansion of people's knowledge demands and the insufficient supply capacity of traditional knowledge transmission methods has become one of the main problems that hinder the harmonious development of society and affect the happiness index of residents.At this time,a series of knowledge payment industries such as knowing,getting,answering,and Himalayan broke through the time and space restrictions of traditional knowledge dissemination methods through big data and Internet technologies.The emergence of these new knowledge dissemination industries has expanded the channels of knowledge flow and information transmission,and provided new solutions to the problem of imbalance between supply and demand in the national knowledge market.However,with the continuous expansion of the scale of knowledgepaying users,the ability of paying users to identify and pay for knowledge-paying platforms continues to increase.The level of knowledge flow in knowledge-paying platforms has become the focus of users' attention.Knowledge flow efficiency is one of the core competitiveness of the knowledge industry,and it is also an important measure of knowledge service level.As knowledge flow is a complex and dynamic process involving users,platforms,knowledge donors,etc.,coupled with the novelty of online knowledge flow platforms,no research on the evaluation of knowledge flows on knowledge payment platforms has been reported.To this end,this article introduces the concept of "efficiency" into the field of knowledge payment research,along with the research ideas of "knowledge definition-feature identification-influence factor analysis-evaluation index system construction-evaluation empirical-strategy suggestions" along the flow of knowledge payment platforms.A systematic theoretical analysis and evaluation study of the knowledge flow efficiency of the knowledge payment platform was conducted,with a view to providing a theoretical basis for the subsequent evaluation study of the knowledge flow efficiency of the knowledge payment platform.First of all,this paper combines the knowledge payment platform and the related classic theories of traditional knowledge flow to define the connotation of the new concept of "knowledge payment platform flow efficiency" on the basis of analyzing the mechanism of knowledge payment and the meaning of knowledge flow.Systematic,interactive and dynamic recognition of its features.Secondly,in the case of clarifying the characteristics of knowledge flow efficiency,analyze the influencing factors of knowledge flow efficiency from five aspects: knowledge flow willingness,knowledge flow level,knowledge flow capacity,knowledge flow level,and knowledge flow stock,and find the key influencing factors.Provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of the evaluation index of the efficiency of knowledge flow.Finally,based on the basic concepts and characteristics of "knowledge payment platform flow efficiency",the influencing factors of the knowledge payment platform are analyzed,and the knowledge payment platform knowledge flow efficiency is established from the two aspects of "level" and "inventory" of knowledge flow.Evaluation index and evaluation index system.Using the evaluation index system constructed in this paper,combined with crawler technology to crawl the relevant data of Zhihu,the data envelopment analysis method is used to conduct an empirical evaluation of the knowledge flow efficiency of Zhihu platform.The research found that the bottlenecks that affect the efficiency of knowledge flow on the platform are insufficient scale efficiency and lack of differentiated solutions.To this end,the optimization of scale efficiency and the development of differentiated solutions are the main ideas to improve the knowledge flow efficiency of knowledge payment platforms,combined with knowledge payment The influencing factors of efficiency,propose solutions to improve the efficiency of knowledge flow from three levels: knowledge provider,payment platform and industry,in order to provide a reference for the positive development of knowledge flow efficiency of knowledge payment platform.
