After eighties refered to juvenile workers who were born in the period from 1980 to 1989 at first,now it is used in all areas.Thesis takes this new generation as research object.Part of them age senior students at universities,the others have already worked for years.As the main steam of future workforce,they have drawn high attention from enterprises.Startingwith after eighties growth environment,the thesis takes use of desk research,and investigation ,according to which we bring up strategies to manage them effectively.Based on previous research,we conduct personality survey by questionaire which covers three aspects of personality.In the process of investigation,we chose samples randomly.After the call back of questionaires,we use to do analysis.The commoness of personality are as follows:They are optimistic,adaptable,passionate and independent.They like making friends and have clear self-concept.Meanwhile,after eighties appreciate the value of experience,and pursue power.Freedom means a lot to these young people.They want to get higher compensation,and achieve balance between work and life.Concerning about the strategies,enterprises need to take steps from recruitment,helping them to find their occupational model,providing guidance for new employees,establishing performance-oriented management system,etc.It is important for managers to communicate with after eighties,creat tolerant culture,plan their career path,etc.With the help of above steps,enterprises can manage after eighties effectively,and stimulate their potential power as a mainsteam.
