In recent years the gap between the total amount of business and the increasing rate of income has been gradually widened. It’s increasingly obvious that the full-service operation is in convergence with fixed-mobile business and the solid voice is replaced by the mobile voice. The traditional fixed-line market is continually shrinking. Faced with growingly serious competitive situation, Jiangsu Tietong has many burning problems, which are mainly derived of single operation license, weak product competition and small business scope. For example, the operation branches are always in slow feedback towards the market. Lots of salespersons are in idle. On the contrary, the servicemen are in short. The front-line positions also lack of cooperation. These problems have become key obstacles of the company’s business growth.In order to solve above problems and enhance the overall business growth via promoting the organization efficiency in the branch level, this paper takes the business branches of Jiangsu Tietong as the research object and makes a thorough analysis of the factors which have the impacts on the organization efficiency. It aims at finding the key factors from the aspects of the optimization of organizational structure, incentive evaluation, business process, the enhancement of employees’ competence, the utilization of information tools and the construction of cooperative culture etc., in order that a good solution in line with the need of the branches can be designed, which can fully solve the above problems, effectively enhance the organization efficiency and ultimately improve the business growth.After the strategy that promotes the organization efficiency of business branches was formulated, it has been implemented in 110 branches of Jiangsu Tietong since 2014. At present, the business performance has been improved significantly. The fixed service, broadband service, mobile agent installed operations and maintenance service are growing rapidly. The main income and profits are rising up. And at the same time, the organization structure and business process have got optimized. More and more customers express their satisfaction. So the expected aims and effects have been reached.
