Study On Dispatching And Operation Management Of Ulanqab Grid

In the contemporary age, electric power is becoming more and more important , so strengthen the operation and management of the grid scheduling becomes a priority. The operation and management of the grid dispatching is a systematic work, it's an entire chain management including electricity production, transmission, distribution and usage. The grid dispatching in Ulanqab region in Neimenggu Province is the fourth level in national dispatching institutions, which manages the grid of 55,000 square kilometers range for nearly 300 million residents.In this paper, through the analysis of the dispatching and operation management conditions in Ulanqab region, mainly including the research of the power grid dispatching management,network operation management and reactive power-voltage analysis which have done, we formulated the related measures for improving the dispatching and management level. The grid dispatching management mainly analysis the equipment switching operation and the ability of dealing with the accident of the dispatcher, whether we can be able to do these two tasks well will directly affect the safety and stable operation of the grid power, then we make out the related measures of reducing the inappropriate scheduling and the mistaken orders after in-depth analysis.Methods management of power system operating analysises and researches the stability of a power system mainly, which is the leading subject in the management of power system operating. The stability calculation before the power system operates and the changing of its way is an essential job to the stable operating of a power system.Based on current analysis of Ulanqab region main grid structure, puts forward the solving of the stable operation of the grid area.Currently,regional network have achieve the solution-loop operation, fundamentally eliminating the possibility of large scope blackout accidents .Reactive power-voltage management mainly studied the power quality problems existing in the quality of power, voltage stability and electric equipment safety operation, the line loss, industrial safety production, product quality, power consumption and people's living power have direct effect,Through the analysis of reactive power-voltage management in Ulanqab region, combining the work of management status in electric field, make the aims to improve power quality management regulations area and assessment method.
