The corporate employee departure has been a major concern of corporate human resource managers. The structure property right and management style of State-owned Enterprises are different from other types of enterprises, and have their own characteristics in the analysis and management of employee departure. We made fully use of the SPSS v19.0 software tools, used multivariate statistical analysis, and focused on the influencing factors of employee departure.The DCT project team is very important in SQBSQ enterprise. This project has a profound impact on the future development of enterprises. However, the current enterprises are facing the problem of losing DCT project team members. The loss of key employee of DCT project team influences the progress of development of enterprise. The study of this issue is conducive to resolving the problems, building effective solutions to keep strategy move on.Based on internal projects subject, we made full use of research data, used SPSS software to study the impact of the influencing factors of key project staff. Through the issuance of questionnaires, depth interviews with former employees, data mining, we found that the pay and benefits, working environment, career development and internal fairness, these four factors, have a significant impact on the project team employee departure. Its sensitivity order is pay and benefits, working environment, career development, internal equity. The sense of security and content of the work itself have little effect on the project team employee departure.According to the above-mentioned research, enterprises can establish a people-oriented concept, optimize the design of the pay system, build multi-faceted staff incentive mechanism, put up a fair and impartial internal environment, optimize the working environment for employees, strengthen the construction of the cohesion, strengthen the termination forecast, as well as risk management of the project team employee departure. Therefore we can reduce the departure rate, and improve corporate performance.
