| With the acceleration of urbanization and economic development,problems between urban economy and ecological environment have become increasingly prominent. To seek a sustainable development of ecological economic construction is the only road for survival and development of humans. Jiangxi province has become one of demonstration zone of ecological civilization on November 20 th,2014,which puts forward a higher requirement.This paper adopts 11 county-level cities in Jiangxi Province as research objects.According to Jiangxi Statistical Yearbook, Statistical Yearbook of China, Jiangxi Provincial Water Resources Bulletin and other relevant materials, According to the unity of operability and scientificness, “3R†principles and the sustainable goal, the whole and the partial, dynamic nature and stability, the author builds an ecological economic evaluation index system featuring of economic development, social construction, resource utilization and ecological environmental protection A comprehensive index system made up of 20 index items under four categories is built.The rough set theory is adopted to screen the redundant index information and the index reduction. At last, the corresponding model mutation model undergoes the comprehensive quantitative calculation. The ecological economic zoning is based on comprehensive scores of every criterion layer,and then solve in jiangxi province, the coordinated development of economy,society,resources and environment problem.Results suggest that: 1) It is feasible to eliminate redundant indexes and calculate importance of various indexes through attribute reduction and importance calculation of the rough set and the information entropy, and to comprehensive evaluate every index layer with the mutation model. By doing so, the author not only eliminates redundant indexes, but also guarantees conclusions to be more reliable and free from excessive artificial intervention; 2) The importance degree of the criterion layer of various prefecture-level cities can be put in the following order: resources >environment> society>economy. 11 prefecture-level cities of Jiangxi Province are divided into four categories and grades according to the comprehensively quantized value: areas at a high economic ecological level(I) include Nanchang, Pingxiang and Shangrao; areas at a relatively high economic ecological level(II) include Jiujiang and Xinyu; areas at a medium economic ecological level(III) include Jingdezhen, Yingtan and Ji’an; areas at a general economic ecological level(IV) include Ganzhou, Yichun and Fuzhou. For building in jiangxiprovince into conform to the construction of ecological civilization and urban economy coordinated sustainable development of ecological economic zone provides Suggestions and countermeasures, so that the ecological economy in jiangxi province to achieve fast and god development. |
