The check valve is one of the key products of A enterprise. But its nonconforming rate has been high, leading to the production, testing and repair cost is high, and affects the service life of the check valve products. How to solve the quality problems of the check valve products, is one of the important tasks of production and quality management of A enterprise.The article uses the Statistical Process Control technology and quality management tools to research the production process of the check valve products, determines the key quality characteristics and the effect factors, uses the Xbar-R control chart and P control chart to distinguish the abnormal factors in the production process, finds out the weak link, sets up the quality improvement measures, effectively solves the problem of the quality of the check valve products.The first chapter of this article introduces A enterprise check valve background and problems in the production. Based on the domestic and foreignre search and development of the Statistical Process Control technology, especially the application in the manufacturing field, combining the status of A enterprise check valve project, the Statistical Process Control technology is recognized as the main tool of quality management in this project. The second chapter has carried on the elaboration to the principle and the method of the Statistical Process Control technology, and describes the commonly tools in the quality management of Pareto Diagram, Cause and Effect Diagram and Histogram. The third chapter analyses the nonconforming product of the check valve through A company existing inventory, and samplings the actual production, determines the main factors affecting the key quality characteristics: human factor, tool factor, inspection factor and assembly factor. The fourth chapter, from the above four aspects, proposes the quality improvement plan. The fifth chapter is the analysis of tracking and data the effect of process and quality improvement.
