Study On The Improvement Of Color Box Product Quality Control In JZ Company

In the market with competition, high quality management control level has a decisive effect on the development of the company, and also the decision and the strength of the company in the market competition status. The Company need continuous improvement of product quality control to meet the changing requirement of the customers and reduce the production cost.Firstly, combine the related literature of home and abroad, find out the theory basis of quality improvement.Secondly, analyze the current quality control issue of color box product in JZ Company, specially focus on the five key factors that affecting the quality control,which includes 4M1 E factors.Thirdly, combining the demand of ISO9001 quality management system and theory of TQM, put forward the improvement scheme of color box product control in JZ company, which is the core contents of this paper. First, confirm the quality control improvement route and project. Second, through the analysis of the various factors,implement the corresponding improvement by using quality control methods, and put forward the concrete measures of building color box quality control system. Man factors, training the operator to use 7 QC tools and improve the thinking of PDCA;Machine factors, making equipment record book, equipment maintenance plan and working instruction; Material factors, enhance the incoming material inspection and regulate the use of material online process control; Method factors, standard the in-process quality control operators duties, systematically using the product system in failure mode analysis, clear the key quality control points and control methods, use the statistical process control(SPC) as a method to improve the process control;Environmental factors, through standard production environment temperature and humidity control operation and strengthen the 5s management method to improve.Finally, confirm the effectiveness of the quality control improvement and summarize the content of the study.The study will help JZ Company improve quality management and control level.
