The gradual development of science and technology leads to electrical and electronic products update faster and faster, so the number of unused electrical and electronic products is growing rapidly, which makes the shortage of global resources and environmental destruction more severe. Some developed countries in Europe and the United States have earlier studied electronic waste recycling, the government will study and pass relevant laws and regulations to urge the participation of relevant enterprises in the recycling practice. A few developed countries have already formed the effective recycling mechanism of electrical and electronic waste. In recent years, our country attaches great importance to the protection of the environment, especially the recycling of electronic waste. In theory, many scholars have researched the guidance and learned from the successful experience of some developed countries on the basis of the detailed regulations for the implementation of legislation. In order to find the effective ways of dealing with electric waste, recycling practice is actively carried out taking Chinese special conditions into consideration. But influenced by the factors such as economy, technology and culture of our country, the development of Chinese electronic waste recycling is relatively slow. Therefore, it is necessary for our country to study electronic waste recycling deeply and variously, which provide support for the determination of Chinese government in electronic waste recycling and disposal business. In this paper, on the basis of previous research results, aiming at analyzing some problems of practical mathematic model.Firstly, the recycling model of dual channel includes legit recycling channel and illegal recycling channel. The members of two competing supply chains make decentralized decisions based on their own maximum profits. Through the numerical simulation on taking back and processing, processing cost, effect of the market’s recycling price, and analyze the efficiency of different government subsidies.Secondly, the establishment of dual channel model of legit and illicit channels for recycling, the two competing supply chain members cooperate with each other on the decision-making to optimize profit equilibrium. And through the numerical simulation to discuss the disposal cost, the regular processing business of different recycling price and different government subsidies influence on normal recycle, and the efficiency of different way of subsidies.Finally, in two different conditions of the model solution and MATLAB simulation, and analyze efficiency of different under the premise of the conclusions of the study and discuss the direction of research on the overview of this paper in the near future.
