If a manufacturer open an online direct channel in a closed-loop supply chain, consumers will have different channel preference for the traditional channel and the online direct channel, and two channels will have different.channel operating costs. These factors will have an impact on the pricing of the supply chain members. In our country, the increasing demand of construction machinery is more close to the market demand for the retailer remanufacturing, and the retailer can provide a new management operation mode for the closed-loop supply chain. So this paper studies the pricing decision of a dual-channel closed-loop supply chain with channel preference and operating costs, and the recycling channel selection of a closed-loop supply chain with retailer remanufacturing.Through the solutions and analysis of the model, the management implications are obtained. The second chapter introduces the closed loop supply chain, game theory and recycling channel theory. The third chapter considers a dual-channel closed-loop supply chain, where used products are recycled by a retailer, and an online direct channel is opened by a manufacturer.Based on three different channel power structures between themanufacturer and the retailer, and considering the difference of channel preference of consumers and channel operating costs, three game pricing decision models are established.By comparing and analyzing the corresponding equilibriums, the effects of consumer channel preference and channel operating costs on the optimal pricing strategies and maximal profits are obtained. The results show that the increase in the online channel preference coefficient will result in an increase of the optimal direct price and a decrease of the optimal retail price;it is beneficial for the manufacturer when increasing the online channel operating cost, but not for the retailer;it is beneficial for both the manufacturer and the retailer when increasing the traditional channel operating cost. The fourth chapter studies the recycling channel selection of used products problem in a closed-loop supply chain with retailer remanufacturing. We establish three retailer Stackelberg game models considering three different recycling ways(i.e.,retailer recycling?third-party recycling?both retailer and third-party recycling). Then the corresponding equilibrium solutions of pricing and recovery are obtained?compared and analysed. The results show that for the retailer, the customer and the whole supply chain, the dual recycling channel is always better than the single recycling channel, but not for the manufacturer. When the conversion ratio between the reverse logistics cost and the collection quantitie and the conversion ratio between the buy-back price and the collection quantitie increase, the manufacturer's maximum profit increases, the retailer's maximum profit and the total profit of the supply chain both decrease. The fifth chapter summarizes the results of the pricing in a dual-channel closed-loop supply chain with channel preference and operating costs, and the recycling channel selection in a closed-loop supply chain with retailer remanufacturing, and the related research is prospected.
