Research Questions Of Rural Incomes In Kashi Prefecture

Farmers’ income is the core and fundamental issues "three rural" issues. Farmers’ Income both an economic issue, but also a political issue, Peasants Income Increase of great significance for building a harmonious society. Marrakech Situated in the northwest, is an important hub "Silk Road economic belt" has an important strategic position, to promote income of Kashi people in the region, which have significant in long-term harmonious and stable development of the region. Through in-depth research and access to a large number of basic statistics on the actual situation of Kashgar region of rural economy and increasing farmers ’income, Current Situation and Causes of Peasants Income in Kashi Prefecture, and propose countermeasures and suggestions at this stage to promote farmers’ income, in order to provide a theoretical guidance and support provided to increase farmers’ income coming in Kashi Prefecture.The study found there are still some of the more obvious problems, sluggish income growth, low income margin, farmers’ income is too dependent on traditional agriculture, single industrial structure, farmers’ income and Xinjiang, the country vary greatly, and there is continued growing, large rural-urban income, rural surplus labor transfer process slow, etc., for these major problems, the present study were to analyze the fourth chapter of agricultural production from internal and external, to explore the factors that affect farmers’ income, which is the research focus of this article. Internally, causing the main reason for the slow growth of farmers ’income has poor agricultural production conditions, weak nature of agriculture, agricultural supply and demand structure is irrational, the low level of industrialization in rural areas, leading enterprises to drive less, lower farmers’ scientific and cultural quality; from external factors, poor infrastructure, agricultural development, conversion dual economic structure is slow, imperfect circulation of agricultural products market development, the market is seriously lagging behind the circulation system of agricultural products, the limitations of the household registration system land system and the rural basic management systems become an obstacle to the development of farmers barriers, inadequate social security system is the main cause of farmers’ income problem.This study suggests that, should adhere to the people-oriented, urban and rural development, sustainable growth, market-oriented, the principle of local conditions to promote farmers’ income in Kashi Prefecture. By changing the traditional concept of farmers, farmers’ labor skills upgrading, accelerate the promotion of agricultural modernization, the development of high quality, product advantages, the introduction of leading enterprises, to create "company + farmers" business model, promoting rural land reform and innovation, accelerate the process of urbanization further strengthen financial support to implement the policy wealthy farmer, intensive care, and health services in rural areas, improve the social security system in rural areas of Kashgar and other measures to increase farmers’ income.
