Lean used in the evaluation of suppliers that can help companies find the most suitable suppliers, thereby leading to reduce waste, reduce costs and improve business efficiency and gain a competitive advantage.This paper introduces the theory of AHP and Lean, combining H company’s actual situation, the supplier evaluation system constructed in accordance with the requirements of AHP and lean concepts. Determined by the expert survey, the questionnaire method for supplier evaluation system evaluation, and several candidate suppliers for system analysis, comprehensive evaluation for enterprises to choose the most suitable suppliers, and to analyze the supplier management strategy.
