Research On Evaluation Of Robust Supplier Selection Under Lean Production Environment

With the change of market demand,the competition among enterprises from the industry becomes the competition between the supply chain,how to quickly response to the market become the enterprise and the supply chain’s core topic.By improving the level of supply chain lean production can ensure quasi quality,volume,small batch on time,many varieties of products on the market in a timely manner to make the market feedback,will not generate excessive inventory.Then,a good level of lean supply chain need to choose the pursuit of lean production suppliers also,the implementation of lean production from the source.On the selection of traditional suppliers and study of lean production level is not enough,the pursuit of cooperation between enterprises is a long-term and stable cooperation,because of the emergence of supplier management problems or financial problems caused a decline in the quality of products,the number of inadequate or even out of stock,led directly to the whole supply chain.The situation is not uncommon.Therefore,under the premise of lean production,it is worth thinking about the problem of selecting a robust supplier.In this paper,based on related theories,such as lean production,supplier selection model,enterprise robustness,combined with previous research results,studied how to choose robust supplier of lean production environment.The supplier selection has been conducted in this paper about the study:(1)This paper explains the research meaning and background of lean production and enterprise robustness research at home and abroad are discussed,introduced the idea of this paper and introduces the system structure and the work of each chapter.(2)This paper analyzed the current situation in the case of H company,through the current situation of H company leads to instrument industry supplier selection requirements,respectively,lean production level and enterprise level of robustness,in combination with the supplier selection,lean production level and the concept of enterprise robustness and related characteristics,put forward from the product quality,product cost,flexible delivery,supply capacity,management capacity and ability of scientific research and innovation,8 aspects of profitability and financial situation to construct the evaluation index system for supplier selection.And then puts forward the simplified method involved in the model: supplier index principal component analysis,and supplier selection methods: calculating the envelope algorithm.(3)On the basis of the relevant literature,combined with the index selection of 8 representative related indicators put forward principles and direction above,select a total of 23 suppliers and suppliers of lean production level represents the robustness index,put forward the corresponding quantitative index formula or algorithm.Through H database access before the trial period to lean production related to the measured data and obtain relevant data corresponding to the robustness of the enterprises through the stock market,through principal component analysis method to simplify the index system in the preservation of most of the data content,has 7 main components on behalf of the original index system,and the main components were named,making the original index system is more simple,visualization and maneuverability.Study on the model of choice for subsequent suppliers.(4)6 supplier selection of H company supplier selection and evaluation,by adding virtual decision making unit,finally obtains 6 H supplier score,with H company’s communication,confirm the selected supplier is indeed H companies most suppliers,according to determine the feasibility of the model in this paper.After the original system supplier selection of H company were analyzed,put forward the necessity of improving the supplier selection model.(5)Combined with the model of supplier selection,supplier selection and management to construct the scoring system.Firstly,the system architecture,working flow is described,secondly,the development environment for the use of development tools,the relationship between the database and the tool are analyzed,finally,combined with the system interface,explains the main modules of the system.(6)This paper summarizes the research content of this paper,puts forward the innovation of this paper,lists the deficiencies in the research,and puts forward the prospect of the future work according to the deficiencies...
