As an important member of the manufacturing industry,the textile industry plays an important role in stabilizing China's foreign exchange,exchange rate and employment.With the increase of uncertainties in the international market and the implementation of domestic environmental protection laws and regulations,the apparel industry,as a downstream enterprise in the textile supply chain,not only faces external pressures on exports and environmental protection,but also must face the fierce competition between peers and industry supply chains.Company K is a garment manufacturing company whose main business is to process raw materials provided by upstream fabric suppliers into various types of clothing and sell them to distributors.In the context of full implementation of lean supplier management and no perfect supplier evaluation system,Company K,as the end and core enterprise of the textile supply chain,is faced with the problem of comprehensive,scientific evaluation,selection and management of partners.Combined with the actual problems of the company,this article conducts the following research:(1)Take the fabric supplier of company K as the research object,deeply explore the connection between the textile supply chain,fabric supplier,lean production and supply service,and divide the supplier's process of providing products and services into lean production and lean service In two stages,build a system of 8 first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators covering production and services.(2)Through factor analysis,entropy weight method and standardized processing,integrate it into "cost,finished product control ability,flexible production ability,order completion ability,quality control ability,cooperation with the unit's ability,supply ability and order acquisition" "Ability" as an integrated indicator system.(3)Select and use a two-stage DEA model,solve the model through MATLAB to obtain the overall efficiency of each supplier,the efficiency of lean production and lean service stage,comparatively analyze the problems of each supplier and provide suggestions.(4)The Shapley value allocation method is used for the K company's order allocation,and the efficiency score is linked to the order quota,which helps to improve the supplier management system and urge the supplier to make continuous improvements.(5)Use the analysis of the factors influencing lean production to provide a theoretical reference for the factors that suppliers should focus on in the future improvement process.This study provides theoretical support for K company's textile supplier evaluation and order allocation,and continuous improvement of suppliers,and also provides theoretical basis for the establishment of the textile industry and labor-intensive manufacturing supplier evaluation system in the future.
