With opportunities of improving National health industry and promoting non-public medical service, Group G undergoes the transition towards the industry of hospital management. This group currently has 4 hospitals and a health management company, employing more than 900 people with more than 500 professional and technical staff.G Group is currently facing the problem of recruiting and discerning professional and technical personnel, as well as enhancing their personnel quality. The most important and difficult part of the current work is to choose the appropriate strategic development talent and build up a talent team to ensure the sustainable development of the group. Due to lack of Human Resource Management research on accumulation of hospital management industry, especially for private hospitals, this study of the G group’s medical professionals and their methods of building talent team will of great importance to fill in this research gap and also provide reference for other private hospitals.This research implements the research methods of both literature review and practical field experience, with reference to national and international theory, to provide the appropriate sustainable development plans of G group’s medical professional and technical personnel. The main results of this study are (1) Through the collection, processing and analysis of the G group of personnel data, and compared with the benchmarking enterprise, identify the key issues of the G group human resources management faced; (2) The original G group based on the competency dictionary, is through the organization of expert group and the strategic map the enterprise culture based on the core competence of the map, and through investigation and questionnaire interview in the form of further refinement, the deepening of the competency model in G group of medical professionals; (3) Construction of doctors, nursing and medical/pharmaceutical three classification ability qualification system, provides the standard for the selection and employment medical professional and technical personnel; (4) the human resource planning of G group into the annual work plan, combined with the present situation of enterprise’s present situation and the external guarantee of the talent market, talent training plan by the internal.
