With the development of economy and the rapid popularization of information technology, human resources gradually become the core factors of enterprise competition, the enterprise how to strengthen and retention of choose and employ persons, establish and improve human resources management system is gradually attracting the attention of enterprises. Especially in the material is rich, the pursuit of self-fulfillment makes the modern high speed flow, how to cultivate enterprise that need in the development of core talents and retain the required core enterprise development talents become concerned problems in the enterprise development and the actual problems that need to be solved in the process of development. Training both to cultivate core talents for the enterprise, and incentives to retain talent, and gradually to the attention of the enterprise.The application of competency model in terms of talent selection and appointment of development is relatively mature, but the competency model in the practical application to the training system is relatively rare. This study in AN insurance company sales staff, for example, through the analysis of AN insurance company sales staff training status quo and the problems existing in the training process, found that the problem is due to the lack of effective training theory guidance and perfect training system. This research through the establishment of sales personnel competency model based on position competency to establish and perfect training system, construct the competency model found that sales personnel competence can be professional quality, professional skills, and three dimensions of personality characteristics, and discusses how to use competency model through to the actual training so as to establish a training system based on position competency of, in this study to AN insurance company and other related businesses provide reference.
