With the increasing standardization of the financial industry,talents become the bottleneck of the healthy development of the financial industry.The new employees in the financial industry are affected by the factors such as low access threshold and complex sources,which can not quickly adapt to the development of the new stage of the industry.Training is a guarantee for enterprises to cultivate competitive employees.However,due to the lack of cognition of new employees,the lack of pertinence in training contents seriously affects the promotion of new employees into enterprises and business level.From the perspective of competency model,combined with the characteristics of new employees,this paper optimizes the theoretical system of training demand based on competency of new five-dimension based on modern science management theory,especially human resource management theory,The empirical examples of the company design 21 questionnaires suitable for the competency of practitioners in the financial industry,and obtained 21 indicators of the new employee training needs evaluation system through investigation,and set up a new employee training system of "selecting and retaining employees".At the same time.Than the original new employee training system has been optimized,performance improvement,by the managers of the general affirmation.This article introduces the competency model innovatively,and combines the competency model and training theory to put forward a set of five dimensions including "professional knowledge and technology,personal quality,management ability,selfmanagement and development,teamwork" New employee training model,in practice has achieved some success,which ZH company new employee training has been improved to improve the effect.
