The competition in estate industry is increasing in China. Those companies who want to gain competitive advantage, must pay attention to the problems of internal resource allocation. The human resource is an important resource in company. It is key for business success to make good use of human resources and give full play to the initiative.Based on this perspective, on the V sales staff competency model were studied. In this study, through the use of literature review, the current research on competency model was summarized as the starting point for this study and the end result, and secondly, through the event interview to determine the V sales staff competency factors, then questionnaires and data analysis, competency factors were studied, and ultimately build a V sales staff competency model, and on this basis, the company's sales force V human resources management are analyzed and recommendations.Finally, this article made a summary of research findings, presented research limit and innovation, as well as the implication for future research.
