| In recent years, small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanxi province have become an important force to support economic development,solve the employment. "Shanxi Provincial People’s Government opinions on promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises" proposed to promote the province’s healthy and rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises as a priority of government at all levels. Transforming rural labor as the main force of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanxi Province, is the important element to promote the future long-term healthy development of small and medium enterprises in Shanxi Province. However,transforming rural labor in small and medium-sized enterprises of Shanxi Province is facing prominent employment quality issues, and these issues caused small and medium-sized enterprises serious labor shortage, which not only affected the long-term healthy development of small and medium enterprises in Shanxi Province, but also hindered the process of transforming rural labor in Shanxi Province, and even threatened the transitional development of economy and society.The study object of this paper is the transforming rural labor in small and medium-sized enterprises of Shanxi Province, and the main research questions are its employment quality. This paper relies on the basic theory of incentive theory, quality of employment and human resource management, etc., adopts the method of qualitative and quantitive analysis, collets data by consulting documents and distributing questionnaires, and uses employment quality evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to study transforming rural labor’s employment quality in small and medium-sizedenterprises of Shanxi Province. This paper proposes transforming rural labor’s employment quality evaluation index system in small and medium-sized enterprises of Shanxi Province, based on analyzing employment quality transmission mechanism system model of small and medium-sized enterprises and summarizing measure indexes of employment quality about past research results; subsequently, due to the complexity of the system factors, proposing transforming rural labor ’ s employment quality comprehensive evaluation model in small and medium-sized enterprises of Shanxi Province based on Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation; moreover, designing questionnaires to survey the situation of transforming rural labor’s employment quality evaluation model in small and medium-sized enterprises of Shanxi Province, and testing questionnaire data ’ s reliability and validity; In the end, based on qualified data,using comprehensive evaluation model to comprehensively evaluate the level of transforming rural labor ’ s employment quality comprehensive evaluation model in small and medium-sized enterprises of Shanxi Province.The possible innovative points of this paper are: first, research perspective,this paper focus on the transforming rural labor in small and medium-sized enterprises, and study its employment quality, which is study perspective innovation of employment quality and previous study contents complement of small and medium-sized enterprises; Second, research methods, the previous studies used more qualitative methods, this paper proposing transforming rural labor’s employment quality comprehensive evaluation model of small and medium-sized enterprises,which fills the lack of previous quantitative analysis on this issue; third, from the small and medium-sized enterprises level,proposing policy recommendations,to provide effective reference for small and medium-sized enterprises to enhancing the employment quality of rural labor force transfer.The results show that: the employment quality comprehensive evaluationscore of transforming rural labor in small and medium-sized enterprises of Shanxi Province is 2.6894, which is lower the middle level, and the employment quality comprehensive evaluation scores of employment conditions, work environment, organizational management, employee development and employee relations five subsystems are 2.6466, 2.7234,2.4404, 2.4798, 2.8122, which are also lower the middle level. based on empirical study results, this paper finds that imperfect management system ã€ignoring work environment 〠lacking understanding to the sense of human-oriented in small and medium-sized enterprises are important reasons for low level employment quality of transforming rural labor in small and medium-sized enterprises of Shanxi Province, and put forward policy recommendations to improve the employment quality of transforming rural labor in small and medium-sized enterprises of Shanxi Province. It has important practical significance and long-term significance to accelerate the pace of development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanxi Province,to propel the transforming process of rural labor force of Shanxi Province, even to promote the transitional development of economy and society of Shanxi Province. |
