The rapid development of cross-border electricity providers,is a successful transformation of traditional SMEs and profitable opportunities.Through the selection of domestic cross-border electronic business platform for the successful transformation of or profit of small and medium-sized enterprises reached more than 200 thousand,but there are a lot of small and medium-sized enterprises of their own lack of positioning,lack of understanding of the role of third party cross-border electronic business platform for the enterprise,or of the cross-border electricity supplier platform selection,wait-and-see attitude or groundless blind choice caused by the waste of enterprise resources.SMEs need to choose a viable platform for cross-border e-commerce platform.This paper first screening of the evaluation index in the previous study of the actual situation of Rongcheng Nanko company based on combination of many electricity supplier experts opinions and suggestions,including the construction of one of the 4 categories(information management,cost factors,system quality,service)and 15 two categories of small and medium-sized enterprises in China cross-border e-commerce platform selection and evaluation index system.According to the questionnaire of the impact factor system,invited experts in the field of cross-border electricity supplier,Rongcheng Nanko executives and a total of 8 passengers in the tube were evaluated according to the relatively scientific and rigorous procedures to obtain the questionnaire results,using the AHP analysis method to sort out the weight of each factor.One of the 4 categories,the weight of quality cost factors and system factors were the highest,0.3512,15 in two categories,security,transaction fees,gold commodity search ranking the highest weight were 0.6016,0.5584,0.1089.Then according to the actual situation of Rongcheng Nanko company,for all types of cross-border electronic business platform to roughly select,determine alternative platforms,respectively,Dunhuang international Alibaba station network and aliexpress,the cardinality of Lanting Pavilion.Then,the person in charge of Rongcheng Nanguang and relates to various factors of foreign trade personnel a total of 10 people on the four cross-border electronic business platform for scoring,the results of the questionnaire by using fuzzy evaluation method,in the context of using AHP analysis based weights of influence factors of cross-border electronic business platform to choose the value of the results of the questionnaire are processed respectively.To calculate the evaluation of four cross-border electronic business platform respectively,the overall degree of membership,the last comprehensive score,Alibaba,Lanting Pavilion,Dunhuang,the cardinality of aliexpress scores were 87.72,83.30,85.02,85.92.Among them,Alibaba scored 87.72 highest.As a result of the cross-border electricity supplier as a platform for cross-border electricity providers to enter the first choice provides a theoretical basis for the selection of Rongcheng Nanguang company Alibaba platform.This method can further improve the process by fitting as small and medium enterprises to choose one of the optional methods of cross-border electronic business platform.
