Research On The Competitiveness Of Logistics Industry In The Shanxi Province Based On The E-commerce Environment

In recent years, the logistics industry as an important part of the third industry, its rapid development has injected new vitality into the economy, many areas of the development of the logistics industry as an important part of promoting the economic development of the region. In the e-commerce environment, the logistics industry has ushered in new opportunities. However, the logistics industry based on the coal industry in Shanxi province has not been adapted to the more stringent requirements of modern logistics industry. How to make the logistics industry in the e-commerce environment has obvious competitive advantage, and to ensure the regional logistics development planning and policy of the targeted and effective, is the Shanxi provincial government must have to seriously think about the problemBased on competitiveness theory and the research model,combining with the theory of commerce, regional logistics, competitiveness,and its characteristics to establish the principle of regional logistics and evaluation system, this paper build under electricity supplier environmental evaluation system of regional logistics competitiveness based on the impact of electronic commerce and the development of the logistics industry. Then, using the Entropy and Gray Correlation Method Shanxi logistics competitiveness longitudinal analysis, based on Shanxi Province from 2009 to 2013 the overall competitiveness of Entropy and Gray Correlation values,found in 2009-2011 approximately constant state,we experienced a period of decline in 2012, started to enter the promotion period and accelerated upward trend exists in 2013.Then, analyzing the factor of regional logistics competitiveness on 31 provinces,we get the e-commerce environment transverse empirical research results in Shanxi Competitive strength ranked 14 and in the ranking of 21 potential competition. Shanxi is province which has a high competitive strength but is lacking of competitive potential provinces according to their score matrix method.According to the gray value associated electricity environmental logistics industry in Shanxi indicators,because the logistics industry in Shanxi has many problems such as the logistics personnel training, economic growth, infrastructure, information level.I raise a reasonable suggestion about concerning the logistics industry workers,enhancing the economic strength, improving the logistics in infrastructural and achieving logistics information management.Then according to the strength of competition in 31 provinces as well as potential competition rankings,we found that Shanxi was removed to the above issues, but exists some other problems for example the presence of electricity supplier logistics environment smaller, leasing investment, and government instability logistics performance issues. Therefore, based on the proposed expansion of the scale of e-commerce logistics industry, the government must strengthen string the management of e-commerce logistics industry logistics performance and maintain the recommended level.
