Research On The Structure Of Intellectual Entrepreneurship

In era of knowledge economy, the public business must be intellectual entrepreneurship. Research on the structure of intellectual entrepreneurship is the theoretical foundation of effective intellectual entrepreneurship education and training more and more good intellectual entrepreneurs. This paper, researching on the structure of intellectual entrepreneurship plays an important role in building an innovative and strong human resources country and promoting intellectual entrepreneurship.This paper, first of all, sorting out the domestic and foreign literatures and the related theoretical structure of intellectual entrepreneurship, then based on the original structure of intellectual entrepreneurship model, through questionnaire survey, empirical research and analysis on entrepreneurs’ intellectual entrepreneurship. Based on the completion of intellectual entrepreneurship’s exploration and verification, this paper also research the different area’s intellectual entrepreneurship. Finally get the following conclusions:(1) Through the recycling 400 effective questionnaires, I use SPSS and AMOS software on each scale exploratory factor analysis(EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), finally it is concluded that intellectual entrepreneurship is composed of learning and innovation ability, opportunity identification and development capability, persistence and self-control ability, team leadership, entrepreneurial drive ability.(2) By using SPSS software, I compare composition of intellectual entrepreneurship in Beijing, Wuhan, Xiamen. Through the analysis of variance, it is concluded that different regions have different intellectual entrepreneurship on persistence and self-control ability, team leadership, learning and innovation ability. Through the LSD-t test, pairwise comparison, then reach a decision: the difference between Beijing and Xiamen in persistence and self-control ability, team leadership, learning and innovation ability is statistical significance(P<0.05); the difference between Wuhan Xiamen in learning and innovation ability is statistical significance(P<0.05); the difference between Xiamen and Wuhan, Wuhan and Beijing don’t have statistical significance.According to the results, at the end of the paper gives suggestion to the intellectual entrepreneurship education.
