The Study Of Mechanism For The Impact Of Professional Differences And Emergency Cooperation On Inter-organizational Partnerships

Over the next 20 years,it is a very important period of strategic opportunity to develop our country’s economic and social,urbanization and new industrialization and globalization will further accelerate the pace of development,which is associated with the public security problems will greatly increase[1].For now, though our country has been gradually established the "four in one" emergency plan system by national, provincial,city and county,and have also made certain achievements in the emergency rescue work,but the emergency rescue system construction of our country is still in the initial stage with many problems existing in.These various crises often need the cooperation of many organizations,for example,government,enterprises,professional emergency team,medical institutions,public service,volunteer team,and so on to jointly deal with such emergency problems.Facing the field of cooperation of so many different professional organizations,how to improve its emergency cooperation relationship?This study will start from the angle of emergency cooperation across the organizations,discuss the influence on organizations with professional differences and emergency cooperation relationships,its research results will provide certain basis for study of emergency cooperation theory,and it can also provide enlightenment for emergency management practices.Based on the summarizing of the previous studies of organizations with professional differences and organizational emergency cooperation relations,based on the attentional focus model,the way of information transmission as a mediate variable, task uncertainty as a moderator variable,build the mechanism for the impact of professional differences and emergency cooperation on inter-organizational partnerships.We collect data through questionnaire,after made the sample data statistics,we take the reliability and validity analysis,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis and regression analysis statistical analysis methods to verify the scale and assumptions of the model.Results show that the information forwarding and information sharing which are two dimensions of the way of information transmission are mediary variables between organizations with professional differences and emergency cooperation relationships.Information forwarding and sharing have the mediating role of professional differences and organizational contingency relationship;Task uncertainty’s adjustment effect on the positive effect of professional differences between organizations and information forwarding is not significant,but task uncertainty’s adjustment effect on the positive effect of professional differences between organizations and information sharing is significant.Therefore,the results of the study will be able to improve the emergency rescue system in China and provide the reference.
