In developed net new economy era, supply chain management makes a rapid progress as a new administration mode. It becomes main stratagem in improving benefit and elevating competition of enterprises. Supply chain management (SCM) emphasizes the optimization of all processes and. the improvement of the whole system performance. In order to obtain this goal, those who make decisions should take into consideration of elements of uncertainty. However there are always the massive elements of uncertainty in the market, but the majority economic decisions- making all are made under the indefinite condition, the information is the uncertainty negative measurement, so may reduce the uncertainty through information sharing.Under the precondition of Supply Chain Uncertainty, this dissertation tries to get further analyses on the importance of information-sharing to supply chain. By using Cost Comparison model for both traditional supply chain and information-sharing supply chain, the author draws the conclusion that the later one saves much more in cost. In the meanwhile, under the condition that information cost is taken into consideration, it gives quantitative analyses on whether manufactures and retailers need information-sharing, and put on forward in the field how to allocate the excessive profits from information-sharing, therefore demonstrates the real value of information-sharing.However, in the operational process of improving integrated supply chain efficiency though information sharing, there exist a lot of problems. This article under the analysis of indefinite influence premise, proposes the information sharing strategy—Incentive mechanism; Credit mechanism; Control mechanism, simultaneously carries on the cost income analysis of enterprise information sharing, thus, encourages members of SCM to take part in the information sharing activities.
